The Company today has received notification that, on 26 February 2016, Mr Jon Pither, a non-executive director, bought 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 176p per ordinary share.

Also on 26 February 2016 Mrs Penny Pither, a connected person, bought 1,550 ordinary shares at 176p per ordinary share.
