Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notification that, on 7 March 2014, Mr Jon Pither, a non-executive director, sold for tax planning purposes 16,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 136.5p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Pither's beneficial interest in ordinary shares with voting rights is 270,131 (0.75% of the ordinary shares in issue).
