THE ALUMASC GROUP PLC (ALU.L) - Changes to the Board

2 September 2014 

The Alumasc Group plc announces the appointment of David Armfield as a non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2014.

David is a founding partner of Kinetix Corporate Finance LLP, established in 2010 to provide corporate finance services to the Cleantech, Resource Efficiency and Renewable Energy industries. David began his career as a Solicitor at Wilde Sapte, moved to Lehman Brothers in its Investment Banking group in 1987, and later in 2000 became a Partner at PwC, where he led their Industrial Corporate Finance Team.

There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to the appointment of Mr. Armfield under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Keith Walden has confirmed that he will retire as a non-executive director of The Alumasc Group plc following the announcement of Alumasc's annual results today, but will remain as a non-executive director of Alumasc Precision Limited.
