Alujain ِAnnounces Resignation of a Board Member

Alujain Corporation announces acceptance of the resignation of Eng. Abdul Aziz Mohammad Abdu Yamani from its Board of Directors effective 3 Rabiul Auwal 1430H corresponding to 28th February 2009 due to his other personal commitments which made it difficult for him to continue on the Board.

The Board expressed its appreciation for the contribution of Eng. Abdul Aziz Yamani as a member of the Board, and wished him all success.
