(“Altria”) and subsidiaries as of December 31, 2020 and 2019, and the related consolidated statements of earnings (losses), comprehensive earnings (losses), stockholders’ equity and cash flows for each of the three years in the period ended December 31, 2020 (the “Financial Statements”); report of management on internal control over financial reporting; and the independent registered public accounting firm’s report on the Financial Statements and the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting.
