Altitude Group Plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, confirms that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday 23 September 2024 at the offices of Zeus Capital Limited, 125 Old Broad St, London EC2N 1AR.
