Altitude Group Plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, confirms that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14 September 2023 at the offices of Zeus, 125 Old Broad Street, 12th Floor, London, EC2N 1AR.
