Interim results update

Altitude Group plc ("Altitude" or "the Company"), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, provides an update on its interim results for the 6 month-period ended 30 September 2020.

The promotional products industry continues to experience COVID-19 related disruption, which has resulted in extended cash collection timescales and extended payment terms for customers. The Group only recognises certain revenues when cash has been received or the Group has received confirmation of the value of the underlying transactions, which form the basis of charging for the services provided.

In order to present the most accurate view of the Group's financial performance and position as at 30 September 2020 the Board has concluded it is in shareholder's interests to delay the publication of its interim results in accordance with the 'Coronavirus - Temporary measures for publication of half-yearly reports' provisions. The Company will publish its interim results before the end of January 2021.
