Altitude Group Plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that following his recent purchase of 75,000 shares at a price of 0.405p each Mr. Simon Taylor, now holds a beneficial interest in 6,895,000 ordinary shares representing 9.78% of the issued share capital.

Mr. Taylor has been a long term supporter of Altitude since his first investment of 10,000 shares. With his most recent purchase, Mr. Taylor is now the 2nd largest shareholder of the Company, and largest independent shareholder. Mr. Taylor commented, "The Group has a superb team to take full advantage of the end of the pandemic and lockdown. I am very positive about the Group's future."
