Altitude Group plc, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 17 April 2014 by Mr. S P Taylor that as a result of a purchase on that day of 115,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), his holding has increased to 1,724, 725 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
