Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that it has been notified that on 11 April 2023, Graham Feltham, Chief Financial Officer, sold 40,983 Ordinary Shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44 pence per Ordinary Share and, shortly thereafter, he acquired the same number of Ordinary Shares at a price of 44.08 pence per Ordinary Share into his ISA account.

Following this transaction, Graham's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 142,843 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
