Director/PDMR Shareholding

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company has been informed that on 23 March 2020 Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the company at a price of 17.00 pence per ordinary share.

The Company has also been informed that on 24 March 2020 Peter Hallett, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 28,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company at a price of 19.375 pence per ordinary share.

Following the share purchases, Mr Varley is beneficially interested in 10,329,618 ordinary shares representing 14.91 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Mr. Hallett is beneficially interested in 393,196 ordinary shares representing 0.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
