Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company has been notified that PDMR Peter Hallett, Non-Executive Chairman, has on 5 November 2018, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71.9 pence per Ordinary Share via his SIPP.

The Company also announces that Gellan Watt, Non-Executive Director, has on 5 November 2018, sold 16,667 Ordinary Shares at a price of 70.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Watt's share sale is as a result of a personal situation that he needs to resolve and he remains fully committed to the Company and excited about the opportunity that lies ahead.
