Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company has been notified that Shaun Parker, Chief Operating Officer, has on 20 June 2018 sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 89.06 pence per ordinary share.

Following the sale, Mr Parker is beneficially interested in 606,665 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
