PDMR Shareholding

Altitude was notified on 29 November 2016 that on that day Martin Varley, Chief Executive Officer, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 79p per share.  Following the sale Mr Varley holds 12,547,559 Ordinary Shares, or 27.96% of the issued share capital.

Mr Varley said: "I have sold these shares in order to satisfy demand from a new investor and only after it proved impossible to identify any other potential sellers of size.  I have no current intention of selling any further shares.

"I am delighted that we have a new shareholder who has shown such great interest in our technology and opportunities."
