("Altitude" or the "Company")

ISSUE OF EQUITY AND DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Altitude was notified on 11 October 2016 of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of the Company.

On 11 October 2016 Richard Sowerby, Non-executive Director exercised options over 250,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 14.25p per share.  Following the exercise, Mr Sowerby holds 400,000 shares, or 0.91% of the issued share capital.

Also on 11 October 2016, Martin Varley, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 800,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 14.25p per share.  Prior to the exercise of options, Mr Varley sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.5p each in order for his holding to remain below 30% of the issued share capital.  Mr Varley holds 13,047,559 Ordinary Shares, or 29.68% of the issued share capital. 

Application will be made for the 1,050,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 18 October 2016.

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, there are 43,958,465 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.  This is the total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
