Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 29 July 2016 that Martin Varley, Chief Executive Officer, had on that day purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 16.0 pence per Share and 360,000 Shares at a price of 16.65 pence per Share. Following the purchases, Martin Varley now holds 12,547,559 Shares or 29.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed on 29 July 2016 that Peter Hallett, Chairman, had on that day purchased 5,000 Shares at a price of 16.41 pence per Share. Following the purchase, Peter Hallett now holds 5,000 Shares or 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
