Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 29 July 2016 that Martin Varley, the Group Chief Executive Officer, had on 27 July 2016 purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 14.0 pence per Share and on 28 July 2016 purchased 10,000 Shares at a price of 14.5 pence per Share. Following the purchases, Martin Varley now holds 12,147,559 Shares or 28.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
