Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 1 July 2015 that Martin Varley, the Group Commercial Director, had on that day purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 10.0 pence per Share. Following the purchase, Martin Varley now holds 12,097,559 Shares or 28.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
