Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, announces that it was notified on 15 June 2015 that Martin Varley, the Group Commercial Director, on that day purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 9.375p per Share. Following the purchase, Martin Varley now holds 11,872,559 Shares or 27.67% of the issued share capital.
