Altitude (AIM: ALT), the provider of information and technology services, announces that it was notified on 30 September 2013 that Martin Varley, the Executive Global Commercial Director, on that day purchased 410,000 shares at 14p per share.  Following the purchase, Martin Varley now holds 11,472,559 shares or 26.75% of the issued share capital.
