Altitude Group Plc (AIM:ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that Graeme Couturier, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from his role effective 10 December, 2021 to pursue another career opportunity. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Couturier for his valuable contributions throughout the initial growth phases of the AIM Smarter acquisition, its successful integration into the Altitude Group as well as his efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Company has launched a formal search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer in both the United States and United Kingdom who is able to continue to assist in the acceleration of Altitude's innovative and transformational growth plans and we are in preliminary discussions with a number of potential candidates. Mr. Couturier has agreed to remain on the Board and continue to work for the Company throughout his notice period, he will work with the now established internal transition team led by non-executive director Peter Hallett to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Hallett is an experienced public company director and former Group Chief Financial Officer of the former Redstone plc (now Castleton Technology plc) and Redcentric plc. We look forward to providing an update on progress with a new appointment in due course.
