Organisational Changes

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, is pleased to announce that Nichole Stella, the Company's President of USA Operations, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer effective from 5 June 2018.

Accordingly, and following the recent appointment of Graeme Couturier as the Company's CFO, Peter Hallett will move from his current role of Executive Chairman to become the Group's Non-Executive Chairman. 

Peter Hallett, Executive Chairman of Altitude, commented: "Nichole has had a considerable impact on the Company since she joined us in September 2017 and I am delighted that she will now be assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer. We have seen first-hand that Nichole has the experience, knowledge and ambition to help Altitude meet its growth targets over the coming months and years and we are confident that we are best placed to achieve these ambitions under her leadership.

Following the appointment of Graeme Couturier as CFO in April, and with Nichole stepping up to the role of CEO, it is appropriate and always intended that I step back to Non-Executive Chairman. This will allow me to focus my time on leadership from a board and strategic perspective while facilitating clear communication between the Company and our shareholders. "
