Update in relation to the Board

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that following the recent board appointment of a new high calibre US based President of US Operations and changes in management reporting lines we have substantially increased our focus and attention to the $21 billion US market. It is however with regret that as a consequence, there is an implicit reduction in Sanjay Lobo's role and responsibilities as a UK based Managing Director.

As a result the Board has been notified by Sanjay that he has tendered his resignation from the Company, which the Board is yet to formally receive.

Peter Hallett, Executive Chairman of Altitude, said: "We would like to thank Sanjay for his efforts during his time with the Company. We are convinced that the restructured management team will be able to focus more effectively on the many substantial opportunities that are before us and we look forward to sharing our plans and interim results, which are in line with market expectations, next Tuesday."
