Change of Adviser and Directorate Change
The Company is pleased to announce that WH Ireland Limited has been appointed Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.
The Company also announces that Stephen Yapp has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman, replacing Colin Cooke, who has retired from the Board.
Stephen Yapp, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:
"I am looking forward to working with Martin Varley and his management team, building on the progress made since the Company refocused its business activities. On behalf of the Company, I would like to extend our gratitude to Colin Cooke for his endeavours on behalf of the Company since he was appointed in 2005. He has made a fundamental contribution to the strategic direction that the Group has taken in recent years and we wish him well in his retirement.
