Change of Auditor

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that, following a competitive audit tender process, it has appointed Crowe U.K. LLP ("Crowe") as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.

Accordingly, Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") has resigned as the Company's auditor and has deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

Altitude intends to confirm the appointment of Crowe in a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. The board wishes to thank Grant Thornton for its services and support during its many years as auditor to the Company.
