Altia Plc: Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities

Altia Plc has on 21 February 2020 received the following notification pursuant
to the Securities Markets Act ("SMA") from Lazard Asset Management LLC.

According to the notification, the share of Altia Plc’s shares and voting rights
has fallen below the threshold of five (5) percent on 17 February 2020 and the
reason for the notification was a disposal of shares or voting rights.
