Altia’s Annual Report 2020 and Remuneration Report 2020 have been published

Altia Plc has today published its Annual Report 2020. The Annual Report consists
of the Business Overview, the Report by the Board of Directors, the Non
-financial Statement, Financial Statements with notes, the Corporate Governance
Statement, the Remuneration Report and the Sustainability Report for 2020. The
Annual Report is published in Finnish and English.

Altia’s Annual Report 2020 has been published in accordance with the European
Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, with Extensible
Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML) as the format of the report. In line with the
ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags.
These XBRL tags have not been subject to audit.

The complete Annual Report in English is attached to this release and it is also
available on the company website at altiagroup.com/investors/reports-and
-presentations.

The Remuneration Report 2020 in English is attached to this release and it is
also available on the company website at

Altia’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 19 March 2021 in Helsinki.
