Change in Altia’s Executive Management Team

Altia’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Management
Team, Niklas Nylander has resigned from his position to pursue his career
outside Altia. Niklas Nylander will continue in his position and as a member of
the Executive Management Team until further notice, but no longer than until the
end of October 2020.

“Niklas is a highly respected member of our Executive Management Team and his
contribution to Altia’s development has been very valuable. I want to thank
Niklas already now for his work and wish him the best of success for the
future”, says Pekka Tennilä, Altia’s CEO.

The recruitment process for a new CFO will be initiated immediately.
