Change in Altia’s Executive Management Team

Altia’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Management
Team, Matti Piri has announced that he will leave the company for a position
outside Altia. Matti Piri will continue in his position and as a member of the
Executive Management Team until further notice, but no longer than until the end
of February 2019. The recruitment process for a new CFO will be initiated
immediately.

“Matti has had a significant role in the development of Altia to become a leaner
and financially stronger company. Matti also played a central role in Altia’s
successful initial public offering. Already now, I want to thank Matti for his
strong contribution during the past five years in Altia’s transformation to the
leading Nordic spirits and wine brand house, and wish Matti great success in his
new position”, says Pekka Tennilä, Altia’s CEO.
