Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 30, 2025, AlTi Global, Inc. (the “Company”), completed its previously announced acquisition of Kontora Family Office GmbH (“Kontora”).

On May 2, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Kontora.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
