Alternus Energy Group Plc: New share capital registered OSLO, NORWAY - 19 April 2022. Reference is made to Alternus Energy Group PLC's (the "Company") internal reorganization and share for share exchange that closed on December 2, 2020 with its subsidiary, Altam Inc. The issuance of the remaining shares, in the amount of 9,835 shares, to four of the original shareholders has completed and those shares have now been registered. 242 shares remain issuable from the share for share exchange that closed in December of 2020; the Company intends to complete and register these remaining issuances as soon as possible. The Company's new share capital is EUR 262,421.11 divided into 26,242,111 shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.01, all shares carrying one vote.
