ALLOCATION OF NEW SHARE CAPITAL

Oslo, 1 July 2022.

Reference is made to the announcement on 19 April 2022. The Company has today completed the remaining issuance of a total of 49,175 shares in connection with the internal reorganization and share for share exchange that closed on 2 December 2020 with its subsidiary, Altam Inc. Additionally, 30,000 shares were issued to a third party consultant for services rendered related to the recent Polish acquisition.

The Company’s new share capital is EUR 263,212.86, divided into 26,321,286 shares each with a nominal value of EUR 0.01, all shares carrying one vote.
