The attached information document has been prepared by Alternus Energy Group Plc (the "Company") solely for use in connection with the admission to trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo, commencing on 30 June 2021.

The Company has appointed Arctic Securities AS as its Euronext Growth Advisor in connection with the listing. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS is acting as legal advisor to the Company, while First House has been engaged as advisors on communication.
