Alternus Energy Group plc will hold its Annual General Meeting on 22 October 2021 at 2 pm Irish Standard Time (IST) at the Company's office in Dublin.

Please find the notice of the Annual General Meeting enclosed. To reduce the risk of infection from coronavirus and in accordance with the recommendations from authorities, shareholders are asked to virtually attend the meeting. As such, it is requested that the shareholders exercise their shareholder rights through advance voting or proxy authorisation forms.
