Utility-scale transatlantic clean energy independent power producer Alternus Energy Group Plc (OSE: ALT) today announces that its majority owned subsidiary, Alternus Clean Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALCE) (“ALCE” or the “Company”) has filed a Form 12b-25 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to extend the due date of ALCE's annual report on SEC Form 10-K by 15 days. The SEC Form 12b-25 is available at www.sec.gov.
