Affiliate Celebrates Activation of Omohundro Solar Project at Ceremony with Mayor of Nashville, TN
The Company is pleased to announce that Alternus Clean Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALCE) (“ALCE” or “Alternus”), a majority owned subsidiary of the Company, today announced the successful activation of the Omohundro Solar Project by one of ALCE’s indirect wholly owned subsidiaries located in the United States.
