Utility-scale transatlantic clean energy independent power producer Alternus Energy Group Plc (OSE: ALT) today announces that its majority owned subsidiary, Alternus Clean Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALCE) (“ALCE” or the “Company”) has issued a press release titled “Alternus Clean Energy Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice.
