Technical Extension of Maturity Date

With reference to the Notice of a Written Resolution dated 26 February 2024 and the adoption of the Proposed Resolution defined therein on 12 March 2024, the Bond Trustee has asked the Paying Agent to do a technical extension of the Maturity Date to 21 October 2024.
