Alternus Energy Group plc - Notice of Annual General Meeting
Transatlantic renewable independent power producer (“IPP”) Alternus Energy Group Plc (ALT:OSE) (the “Company” or “Alternus”) will hold its Annual General Meeting on 28 September 2023 at 2 pm Irish Standard Time (IST) at the Company's office in Dublin.
Please find the notice of the Annual General Meeting attached.
Shareholders may exercise their shareholder rights through advance voting or proxy authorisation forms, or by attending the meeting in person.
The Company published its 2022 annual report on 1 September 2023. The report is available at the Company website, www.alternusenergy.com/reports-presentations , including other relevant documents for the general meeting.
