Alteration Earth PLC, the special purpose acquisition company, has been notified that Matthew Beardmore, a non-executive director of the Company, today sold 400,000 ordinary shares of £0.003 in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his share account at a price of 5 pence per share and bought 400,000 Ordinary Shares via his Individual Savings Account ("ISA") at 5.0075 pence per share, to effect a transfer into his ISA.

Mr Beardmore's resultant interest in Ordinary Shares has not changed following this purchase.
