Notice of Annual General Meeting
ALTE announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 25 January 2024 at the offices of Gneiss Energy Limited at 64 North Row, London W1K 7DA.
The Notice of AGM, Chairman's Letter and Form of Proxy (including instructions for completing the same), together with a copy of the new articles of association proposed to be adopted by the Company, will be posted to shareholders today. A copy of the AGM documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.altearthplc.com.
If any shareholders intend to attend the AGM in person (or appoint someone to attend on their behalf), please provide prior confirmation by email to [email protected] before 11:00 a.m. on 23 January 2024 to allow the Company to plan appropriately.
