The company under the name "ALTER EGO MEDIA S.A." (the "Company"), supplementary to the Report on the Use of Raised Funds included in the Interim Financial Report of the Company and the Group for the period from January 1 st to June 30th, 2025, published on 25.09.2025, makes the following clarification to the investing public:

The funds unallocated on 30.06.2025, amounting to euro 43,549,067, are placed in time deposits and sight deposits of the Company in financial institutions in Greece and are included in the item "Cash and cash equivalents".

The above use of the unallocated funds on 30.06.2025 is consistent with the provisions of the Prospectus (4.1.4. Reasons for the Offering and Use of Proceeds).
