AVAILABILITY OF THE 2025 HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT

On 26 September 2025, ALTEN SA (the "Company") filed its Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2025 with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).

This document is available, in French, on the website of the Company: www.alten.com/investors (an english version will soon be available)

This document includes, in particular, the Half-Year Business Report, the condensed consolidated financial statements for the half-year ended 30 June 2025, the statutory auditors' reports on the review of the aforesaid financial statements, as well as the declaration of the person responsible for the Half-Year Financial Report.
