ALTEN completes the acquisition of Worldgrid

Paris, France – December 2, 2024

Following the press releases dated June 11 and November 5, 2024, ALTEN, a world leader in Engineering and IT Services, announces the completion of the acquisition of Worldgrid business unit from Atos SE.

Worldgrid provides consulting and engineering services to energy and utility companies mainly in France, Germany and Spain. The business currently employs close to 1,100 employees and, in 2023, it has realized revenue of circa €170 million.

ALTEN carries out design and research projects for Technical and IT divisions of major clients in industry, telecoms and services. With 3,000 consultants worldwide working in the energy sector, including 1,000 in the nuclear sector, the Group is recognized for its expertise as a provider of technological and engineering solutions.

The transaction ensures full continuity of service for Worldgrid's strategic clients and employees.
