In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2, attached is an Appendix 3Y Change of Director Interest Notice for Altech Chemicals Limited Managing Director Mr Iggy Tan.

Mr Tan advised the Board that the sale of the 350,000 Altech shares is to enable him to meet a tax liability.

Altech confirms that the on-market sale of shares by Mr Tan is in accordance with the Company’s Share Trading Policy, and specifically the nominated “Black out Periods”.
