V B S Exchange Pty Limited ACN 109 106 201 ( VBS Exchange ) gives notice under section 633(1) item 8 of the Act that it has today completed sending its bidder's statement dated 20 May 2022 ( Bidder's Statement ) (which contains an offer dated 3 June 2022 ( Offer )) to all persons registered as the holder of ordinary shares in Altamin Limited ACN 078 510 988 ( Altamin ) in the register of Altamin shareholders as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 3 May 2022 (being the date set by VBS Exchange under section 633(2) of the Act) ( Relevant Offerees ), as required by item 6 of section 633(1) of the Act.
