We act for V B S Exchange Pty Limited ACN 109 106 201 ( VBS Exchange ), in relation to its off-market takeover offer for all of the ordinary shares in Altamin Limited ACN 078 510 988 (ASX:AZI) ( Altamin ) as detailed in the replacement bidder's statement ( Bidder's Statement ) lodged with the ASX on 20 May 2022.

• (a) a notice under section 650D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) dated 8 July 2022, which has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and will be given to Altamin and to each person to whom offers were made under the takeover offer; and

• (b) a notice under section 630(2)(b) of the Corporations Act dated 8 July 2022, which will be given to Altamin and the Australian Securities Exchange.

NOTICE OF VARIATION – SECOND EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD

Notice under subsection 650D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act)

• To: Australian Securities and Investment Commission ( ASIC );

Altamin Limited ACN 078 510 988 ( Altamin ); and

Each person to whom the Offers were made under the bid.

V B S Exchange Pty Limited ( VBS Exchange ) gives notice under subsection 650D(1) of the Corporations Act that it varies its takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Altamin which is contained in the replacement bidder's statement dated 20 May 2022 ( Bidder's Statement ) by:

• (a) extending the period during which the offer will remain open so that the offer will now close at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 1 August 2022, unless extended or withdrawn; and

• (b) substituting the date "1 August 2022" for the date "18 July 2022" in all places in the Bidder's Statement and the acceptance form enclosed with the Bidder's Statement and in all other instances where the date "18 July 2022" appears as the closing date of the offer.

A copy of this notice was lodged with ASIC on 8 July 2022. ASIC takes no responsibility for the contents of this notice.

Except for the variation to extend the offer set out in this notice, the terms of the offer made to you by VBS Exchange for your Altamin shares remains the same.

This notice of variation has been approved by a resolution passed by the directors of VBS Exchange in accordance with section 650D(3A) of the Corporations Act (as inserted by ASIC Class Order [CO 13/521].

NOTICE – NEW DATE FOR GIVING NOTICE OF THE STATUS OF CONDITIONS

Notice under subsection 630(2)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act)

• To: Altamin Limited ACN 078 510 988 ( Altamin ); and

Australian Securities Exchange Limited ( ASX ).

V B S Exchange Pty Limited ( VBS Exchange ) gives notice under subsection 630(2)(b) of the Corporations Act that:

• (a) the offer period relating to the offer by VBS Exchange for all of the ordinary shares in Altamin, which is contained in the replacement bidder's statement dated 20 May 2022 ( Bidder's Statement ), has been extended so that it now ends at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 1 August 2022, unless extended or withdrawn;

• (b) the new date for giving notice of the status of conditions to the offer, as required by subsection 630(3) of the Corporations Act, is 25 July 2022;

• (c) the offer remains subject to the conditions, being those set out in section 4.7 of the Bidder's Statement.
