Energia Minerals Ltd ( ASX:EMX ) advises that, as shareholders are aware, the unsuccessful Cauldron offer closed yesterday 1 May 2014 at 5:00pm Perth time. As the Cauldron offer closed still subject to conditions, any acceptances (of which Energia notes there were only 0.20% acceptances) are now void and those shareholders retain their shares.
