RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Alta Zinc Limited (Alta or the Company) (ASX: AZI) wishes to advise that Mr Campbell Olsen has resigned as a director of Alta Zinc Limited following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

The Alta board acknowledges Mr Olsen’s considerable contribution to the Company since joining the board in April 2018 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Please find attached the Appendix 3Z notice upon Mr Olsen’s resignation as a director.
